Rully Blanc

Côte Chalonnaise, Burgundy
Chardonnay | 750ml | Village

A classic expression of the Côte Chalonnaise, Maison Louis Latour's Rully Blanc is sourced from approximately 30-year-old Chardonnay vines rooted in clay and limestone soils. Located just south of the Côte de Beaune, the elevated marl-limestone vineyards of Rully produce wines that combine vibrant freshness with generous fruit and refined minerality, showcasing the elegance of this historic Burgundy appellation.

The grapes are mechanically harvested before undergoing traditional fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats with complete malolactic conversion. The wine is then aged for 8–10 months, partly in French oak barrels and partly in stainless steel vats, preserving its bright fruit while adding subtle texture and complexity.
