Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru
Mâconnais, Burgundy
Chardonnay | 750ml | Premier Cru
A signature Premier Cru from Maison Louis Latour, this Pouilly‑Fuissé is a blend of several top vineyards designated as Premier Cru since 2020. Grown on approximately 35-year-old Chardonnay vines rooted in limestone and heavy clay soils, it captures the depth and regional clarity of the Mâconnais
The grapes are hand-harvested and then undergo traditional fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, with complete malolactic conversion. The wine is aged for 8–10 months, with 10–15% aged in medium‑toasted French oak barrels from Louis Latour’s cooperage, the balance in steel.

Heritage
Pouilly-Fuissé is the name of a village in the Mâconnais producing highly distinctive white wines. The unique 'terroir' of this vineyard is composed of limestone and heavy clay soils. Since 2020, the French government has validated the decision of the INAO to recognize the classification of 22 climates of Pouilly-Fuissé as 1er Cru. Our Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru is a blend of several selected plots.
