Sourced from 30-year-old Chardonnay vines growing in stony limestone soils, this wine reflects the cool minerality and precision of the Corton hillside.
Undergoes complete malolactic fermentation in traditional French oak barrels, all 100% new and medium toasted by the Louis Latour cooperage, and aged for 8 to 10 months.
