Louis-Fabrice Latour
Louis-Fabrice took over the management of the Maison in 1999 and continued until his passing in 2022.
He represented the 11th generation of the Latour family to oversee the winery. He was also the President of the BIVB (Bureau Interprofessionnel des Vins de Bourgogne)
Florent Latour
CEO
Florent holds an MBA from Harvard University and is a graduate of HEC Paris, the top-ranked business school in Europe.
Florent has a background in the technology industry, having worked in both France and the United States before joining the family business. With extensive experience as a tech executive, he is also the founder of Mossettes Technologies.
Eléonore Latour
Vice-President
Eléonore passed the Paris Bar Exam after obtaining her law degree from Panthéon-Assas Université and Paris-Dauphine.
Beginning in the 2023 harvest season, Eléonore undertook training under the guidance of her uncle Florent. She is poised to become the 12th generation and the first woman to assume leadership of the winery.
